The Role of Government Agencies in Ensuring Effective Control over Labor Migration in the Kyrgyz Republic

The role of state bodies in ensuring effective control over labor migration in the Kyrgyz Republic is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the interaction between various state structures responsible for monitoring migration processes, as well as mechanisms for prompt response to violations of the rights of labor migrants. Recommendations are offered for improving the legislative framework and improving coordination between state bodies.
