Development of automated information and measurement systems for laboratory setup based on microprocessor systems

The article describes a laboratory setup for the study the voltage-transfer characteristic of inverting and non-inverting CMOS microcircuits. The use microprocessor systems with analog and digital inputs and outputs, allows for the creation of flexible information and measurement systems. These systems can be easily reconfigured for specific tasks thanks to the versatility of personal computers and microprocessors. The paper provides a rationale for the choice a hardware and software platform to implement this project. The electronic wiring diagram and program for the Atmega328P microprocessor are described in detail. This program for this setup allows successfully to study the voltage-transfer characteristic of inverting and non-inverting CMOS microcircuits. Studies of the voltage-transfer characteristic of inverting and non-inverting CMOS microcircuits were conducted on this setup. These studies showed complete agreement between the results obtained and previously known studies.
