The integration of satellite data and geographic information systems for the sustainable management of energy logistics

The study analyzed the application of geographic information systems for managing the transportation of energy resources in the complex geography of Turkmenistan. The use of data from the TürkmenÄlem 52°E satellite and its integration with other geospatial data sources to enhance spatial analysis accuracy was investigated. Key advantages of geographic information systems implementation, including route optimization, reduction of environmental risks, and improved infrastructure management, were identified. Analytical modeling, incorporating multi-criteria analysis and data simulation for developing optimal logistics solutions, was developed. A comparison of baseline and improved transportation efficiency metrics was presented, demonstrating the significant benefits of GIS and digital technology implementation.
