The quantitative analysis in diagnostics of molecular objects using the Raman scattering method
The work examines the emerging problems associated with solving the task of quantitative analysis of samples under laser exposure and observing Raman scattering in various media. It is established that for determining the concentrations of components in mixed samples of liquid and solid states, an approach using chemometric methods is very effective. The necessity of preliminary formation of databases of pure control samples – components of the mixture and the relevance to conduct quantitative analysis taking into account calibration curves obtained for different concentrations of pure samples is proved. It is described the application of a chemometric approach to determine the concentrations of harmful inclusions in the quality control of water resources, which have been pre-purified from mechanical solid contaminants. A scheme for the practical implementation of an authoring field complex – water sample quality analyzer, based on the study of Raman scattering spectra and taking into account contamination by organic and biological inclusions, is demonstrated.
