Automation of the process of setting up a self-oscillating excitation system for a vibration-frequency liquid densitometer

The article is devoted to the application of modern fuzzy information technologies in the automation of one of the laborintensive parts of the production of vibration-frequency density sensors (densitometers) - the process of adjusting the electromagnetic excitation system and picking up oscillations. A fuzzy system for adjusting the location of the electromagnetic receiver of oscillations of the self-oscillating system of the vibration-frequency densitometer, liquid, is presented, taking into account possible nonlinearities of the object. This article proposes a system and algorithm for adjusting the location of the electromagnetic receiver of oscillations of the self-oscillating system of the vibrationfrequency densitometer using the theory of fuzzy sets. The use of fuzzy control methods made it possible to obtain a system for adjusting the location of the electromagnetic receiver of oscillations of the self-oscillating system of the vibration-frequency densitometer without using cumbersome computational procedures characteristic of the classical control method.
