Automotive hydrogen industry and economic analysis in main region of China
Abstract Hydrogen energy is considered a promising form of clean energy and has become an important direction for energy revolution technology. In this paper, the hydrogen industry chain involving the production, storage, transportation and refueling of hydrogen in main regions (North China, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta) of China is studied, and related enterprises are summarized. In the future, green energy-based hydrogen production and pipeline transportation are proposed to be the main mode of hydrogen production and transportation, and the cost can be reduced to 11 CNY kg −1 and 6 CNY kg −1 respectively. Finally, the methods to improve the economy of the hydrogen energy industry are proposed.
