Electromagnetic beam steering via liquid crystals: An understanding of nonlinear optical properties for 6G applications
This paper discusses electromagnetic beam steering via liquid crystal (LC) structures that currently open up new frontiers and understanding toward 6G applications. Leveraging the unique properties of LCs, this technology allows dynamic control over electromagnetic characteristics, providing electronic beam steering capabilities in real-time. This study explores the versatility of LC-based antennas in 6G communication-based applications systems; here, adaptive beam steering facilitates improved target detection, tracking precision, and interference mitigation for 6G communication applications. This study illuminates the transformative potential of LC-based antennas, offering a flexible and adaptive solution that aligns with the evolving demands of modern communication and sensing technologies. Further, this research report also discusses the predicaments, possibilities, and priorities in structural electronics and design, based on the parameters discussed here.
