Developing a Genital Disease Quality of Life Index questionnaire for male genital lichen sclerosus: a modification of the Vulvar Quality of Life Index: a pilot study
Male lichen sclerosus (LS) is a chronic inflammatory condition of the anogenital skin, presenting with itching, dyspareunia, phimosis, paraphimosis and fissuring. These symptoms significantly impact the quality of life and daily functioning in men with genital LS. This pilot study aimed to demonstrate proof of concept of the feasibility of a Genital Disease Quality of Life Index and provide recommendations for its future development and validation in men with LS.
