Anaklia Port as an Energy Hub: Strategic and Technological Analysis

The Anaklia Port project has strategic importance for our country, including in terms of employment and economic development. It will be very important to create a regional digital hub, which, on the one hand, includes an international connection with fiber-optic Internet infrastructure to connect Europe and Asia via the shortest route through Georgia,      and on the other hand, the creation of regional data centers.       The launch of the Anaklia Deepwater Port will have a significant impact on Georgia's energy sector as a new energy transit platform. The port will strengthen the country's energy security, increase the efficiency of energy infrastructure, and attract investments. In addition, the Anaklia Port will contribute to Georgia's integration into the regional energy market, which will strengthen the country's positions in international energy networks and the port will become an important stimulus for the country's economic growth and sustainable development processes.       The article discusses the importance of the development of the Anaklia Deepwater Port, emphasizing the feasibility of the project to be successful, commercially sustainable, and competitive in the long term. Accordingly, a strategic and technological analysis is presented.
