Bullying in medicine: a cross-sectional study among intern doctors in Sri Lanka
Bullying is commonly experienced by Sri Lankan intern doctors with many being subjected to physical intimidation. Rigorous steps should be taken to address workplace bullying to facilitate supportive work environments.
