Laboratórna diagnostika a liečba lymfómu z plášťových buniek
The review article analyzes the current laboratory diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). We mainly emphasize morphological diagnosis, which we also illustrate. Next, we bring closer cytogenetic, molecular-genetic and immunophenotyping laboratory examinations of mantle cell lymphoma. We also briefly describe the treatment of this currently incurable disease, considering the latest CAR-T therapy.
