The article examines the role of corporate culture as a key factor in the innovative development of transport enterprises. It is substantiated that corporate culture not only influences internal management and communication within the enterprise but also determines strategic priorities, the flexibility of managerial decisions, and the speed of company adaptation to market changes. It is established that the formation of an innovation-oriented corporate culture is critically important for enhancing the competitiveness of transport enterprises, ensuring their digital transformation, and integrating advanced technologies.
