TOOLKIT FOR RESEARCHING ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATIONS AND ASSESSING THE INNOVATION POTENTIAL OF INDUSTRIAL CORPORATE STRUCTURES

The article is devoted to the formation of a toolkit for studying organizational innovations of industrial corporate structures and assessing their innovative potential. Unlike the existing ones, the proposed toolkit includes elements of current trends in digitalization, convergence and sustainable development that affect organizational innovations of industrial corporate structures. In this context, a set of indicators was formed that selects factors associated with the listed trends into a «pure» portfolio in four groups (relevance - novelty; technological effectiveness - continuity; strategicity - systematicity; efficiency - safety). The sequence of portfolio analysis of «pure» factors was presented, which consists of seven elements. The result upon completion is proposed to compare the obtained sequence of factors with the reference scale using the DEMATEL method. This comparison can determine the level of potential of an industrial corporate structure based on a closer cause-and-effect relationship...
