TRANSFORMATION OF THE MORPHOLOGY OF PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION WASTE IN CONDITIONS OF CHANGING TECHNOLOGICAL PATTERNS

The relevance of the study is determined by the aggravation of the problematic situation of waste generation and disposal, which manifests itself not only in the growth of volumes of traditional waste (food waste, paper, cardboard, glass, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene film, etc.), but also by a change in their morphological composition. The change in the morphology of waste and the ratio of fractions is influenced by key factors of technological patterns, the cyclicity of which is based on the theory of N. Kondratiev. The cyclical nature of the change of technological patterns determines the periodic change in the composition and structure of production and consumption waste. The formation of conditions, and subsequently the real transformation of the component composition and structure of waste as a result of the transition to the next technological order, require the transformation of the technological, industrial and infrastructural base of waste processing using the innovative capabilities of the new technological order in an advanced mode...
