Pedagogical technology of interdisciplinary support for servicemembers with disabilities in the system of adaptive physical culture of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
The aim of this research is the scientific substantiation and development of a pedagogical technology (algorithm) for interdisciplinary interaction among military specialists (physical training, medical service, and psychology) in the organization of adaptive physical education (hereinafter referred to as APE) for servicemen with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as SWD) within the framework of their professional training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the AF RF). The scientific novelty of the research lies in the original development and theoretical justification of a pedagogical technology for the interdisciplinary support of SWD in the APE system of the AF RF. The technology is presented as an algorithm describing the sequence of actions and the distribution of pedagogical functions among a physical training specialist, a military physician, and a psychologist. Consideration is given to factors such as the absence of full-time specialists in military commissariats, a shortage of psychologists, insufficient competence of military medics in the field of APE, and the need to involve external organizations (Central Sports Club of the Army, Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy of Russia, city sports clubs and institutions, etc.). The algorithm is based on the ideas of systemic, activity-based, and competence-based approaches, as well as the principles of inclusive and vocationally oriented education. The results of the study demonstrate that the implementation of the pedagogical technology improves the effectiveness of physical and psychoemotional rehabilitation of SWD and promotes their professional integration into the system of professional education.
