The formation of the historical-ideological component in the education system of the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan in 1924-1929

This research aims to identify the specific features of the formation of the historical-ideological component within the education system of the Khorezm region in the first five years after the Khiva Revolution (1924-1929). The scientific novelty of the work lies in the use of previously unexamined archival sources and their analysis from the perspective of the effectiveness of the introduced measures in solving the assigned tasks. The article examines the conditions for the implementation of the reform, including the formation of the teaching staff with the involvement of personnel from Russia. The research results show that Soviet educational policy on changing ideological orientations was carried out thoughtfully, carefully, and purposefully, but achieving the resulting effectiveness would have been impossible without the readiness of the poorest strata of local society for social changes.
