Synthesis and application of CdS materials in bandgap photonic sensing systems

This document describes a method for synthesizing CdS nanomaterial semiconductors. Based on the CdS materials and ITO glass, photosensitive elements were fabricated, besides, a bandgap photonic semiconductor sensing system was developed. This system is capable of photovoltaic signal conversion and signal processing, and supports remote cloud connectivity. Its application in semiconductor photovoltaic conversion devices is of significant importance.
