Enhancing Lead Quality in Emerging Markets: The Critical Role of Lead Nurturing over Digital Presence and Market Awareness
This research investigates effective lead generation strategies in emerging markets by analyzing how digital presence, market awareness, and lead-nurturing strategies influence lead quality. Using primary data collected from 113 respondents and analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression methods in SPSS, the study found that lead-nurturing strategies, such as consistent follow-ups and personalized communication, have a strong and statistically significant impact on lead quality. In contrast, digital presence and market awareness showed weak or non-significant effects. The regression model explained 18.7% of the variation in lead quality, and the overall model was statistically significant. These findings highlight the importance of relationship-building over just having an online presence. The study provides valuable insights for businesses aiming to enhance customer engagement and optimize lead generation efforts in the fast-changing landscape of emerging markets.
