As tecnologias digitais da informação e comunicação educacional (TDICE): transformando práticas, inovando ações, compartilhando saberes para a educação básica brasileira

Information and Communication Technologies allow students and teachers to get to know other cultures without leaving their school context, whether in synchronous or asynchronous format. However, there is a lack of public educational policies for digital inclusion, especially for the public of schools that are located in the Brazilian peripheries, in a situation of social fragility. This is a basic study, with exploratory purposes aiming at socializing the relevance of the implementation of the virtual learning platform MOOC (sistemas.gtercoa.ufc.br/ava). For data collection, an analysis was carried out in the discussion forums on the TelEduc/Multimeios platform. The analyses show that for improvements in the teaching and learning conditions in the classroom (online, offline, face-to-face and/or hybrid), a virtual teaching environment of learning with potential of VLE/MOOC can transform and include more of the school public inside and outside the school. The proposal is considered relevant, as it improves the quality of teaching and learning processes, rescues self-esteem, and therefore, it is intended to be disseminated at national and international levels in partner countries.
