Legal aspects of organizing an interview for employment using remote communication technologies

Today in Russia there is a national project «Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State,» which was a logical continuation of the project «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation.» In Russia, the reform of labor legislation continues, aimed at digitalizing not only the actual labor legal relations, but also the relations preceding labor — in particular, the organization of job interviews. The author analyzes the current state of legal regulation of remote interviews using digital technologies and outlines further areas for improving legislation.
