Application of the results of professional risk assessment in the activities of the human resources service of the organization. Based on the materials of judicial practice

The article examines some problematic issues related to the assessment and management of occupational risks, the role of the personnel service in the procedure of their assessment, in informing employees about working conditions and the existing risk of health damage at the conclusion of an employment contract, including employees hired under a contract for the recruitment of personnel. Taking into account the existing judicial and law-enforcement practice the proposals on obligatory familiarization of employees with the materials of assessment of occupational risks at the conclusion of the labor contract are made.
