Legal guarantees for women when concluding an employment contract: some problems of practice and directions for improving legislation
The article considers legal guarantees when concluding employment contracts with women, considers issues of distinguishing differentiation and discrimination when hiring women, formulates proposals for amending the current legislation, strengthening guarantees for women with children under three years old when concluding an employment contract, and engaging in certain types of work.
