Frequency and Voltage Cooperative Control of Islanded Microgrids Based on Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient Algorithm
This paper proposes an intelligent secondary controller based on the DDPG algorithm for the voltage and frequency stability regulation of an islanded microgrid. After introducing the microgrid model, the controller principle is described. Different scenarios are simulated by Simulink, and the results show that the controller has significant advantages in reducing deviation and controlling voltage and frequency. The study provides solutions for the intelligent control of microgrid and points out the future directions such as optimizing the algorithm, combining other methods and improving stability and reliability.
