Electrification Transformation and Cost Optimization of Logistics Vehicles through Efficient Slow and Fast Parameter Tuning
This paper addresses the issue of logistics vehicle electrification and cost optimization under urban traffic restriction conditions. A hybrid fleet scheduling and path optimization model based on the CPO algorithm and the SAFE framework is proposed. Experimental results show that the CPO-SAFE algorithm outperforms traditional CPO and ALNS algorithms in terms of optimization effectiveness and convergence speed, significantly enhancing the coordination efficiency between electric and fuel vehicles. Through case analysis, the effectiveness of government policies, such as road time window restrictions and carbon tax, is further validated.
