A Distributed Resource Aggregator Pricing Strategy and Energy Optimization of Consumers Considering Thermal Inertia of Buildings
With the increasing penetration of renewable energy generations and distribution flexible resources, the aggregator will play an increasingly important role in power management of urban distribution networks. This paper proposes a bilevel optimization model of the aggregator and users' Stackelberg game considering thermal inertia of buildings. The objective of the upper level is to maximize the aggregator's benefit based on the distribution flexible resources operating strategies given by the lower levels and pricing strategies for the customers in the urban grids. The lower level of the proposed model is to minimize electricity cost by optimizing the power consumption strategy of the electric thermal storages. To address the nonlinearity of the proposed model, the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) condition is applied to convert the proposed model into a mixed integer linear programming model to solve. Finally, an urban grid in Jilin Province is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
