Research on Active Noise Reduction Technology of Power Transformer
a variety of substation power equipment represented by power transformer will produce significant noise in operation. As noise is one of the typical environmental pollution sources and may harm people's health, the noise reduction technology of power equipment is worth in-depth exploration. This paper takes the noise of power transformer as the main research object, analyzes the noise generation mechanism of power transformer, constructs the simulation model of noise source of power transformer, and discusses the principle of active noise reduction technology based on the principle of reverse superposition of secondary sound source. The specific control algorithm and the detailed implementation path are proposed, and the field verification effect of the prototype is given. Field measurement results show that the 220kV transformer noise is mainly concentrated within 500Hz, and 100Hz, 200Hz, 300Hz and other integer multiples of 100Hz. The use of active noise reduction has a obvious noise reduction effect on most of the noise frequency band. This work can provide reference for specific noise reduction technology researchers and substation green operation and maintenance technology popularization.
