Cost-Effective Assessment of Neutron-Induced SER Using Single Proton Irradiation Test with Fixed Correlation Factor

This paper presents the correlation factor (CF) for assessing the high-energy neutron-induced soft error rate (henSER) from a test result of a single proton irradiation test. Additionally, this paper investigates the variation in the CF (CFV) to understand the uncertainty linked with the assessed henSER. This approach provides a cost-effective means of henSER assessment while maintaining well-managed uncertainty.

Additionally, this paper investigates the variation in the CF (CFV) to understand the uncertainty linked with the assessed henSER. This approach provides a cost-effective means of henSER assessment while maintaining well-managed uncertainty.
