The Simulation and Analysis of Transformer Winding Based on Voicing Pattern

To investigate the mechanical condition of transformer windings and identify them through winding voograms, a 66kV transformer was utilized as the research model for conducting simulation analysis. Initially, a simulation model of winding load vibration and noise was established to obtain voltage waveform diagrams and magnetic field distributions on both low and high voltage sides under load conditions. The magnetic leakage density of the winding measured at 0.43T, with displacement amplitude measuring at 0.03mm concentrated primarily at half-height of the winding structure. Abstract

The average A-phase vibration acceleration amplitude measured at 1.67m/s2 while B-phase averaged at 1.15m/s2, C-phase averaged at 1.16m/s2, with sound pressure amplitudes measuring up to 0.15179Pa in magnitude; comparison with corresponding simulation results indicated that they were consistent with experimental data.
