Testing Method for Frequency Support Performance of Renewable Energy Power Stations Based on Mechanism Model and Predictive Data-Driven
The current testing signals for fast frequency response (FFR) control of renewable energy power stations are formulated from historical frequency disturbance characteristics, difficult to guarantee the frequency support capability of stations in response to unknown power disturbance events. To address it, a testing method based on mechanism model and predictive data driven is proposed. The test results demonstrated that it can effectively ensure their support capability responding to power disturbance events.
