Optimal Configuration of Regenerative Electric Heating for Improving Distribution Network Carrying Capacity
The large-scale integration of regenerative electric heating poses higher requirements for the carrying capacity of the distribution network. How to improve the carrying capacity of the distribution network through rational planning of regenerative electric heating capacity has become a key issue for the future development of the power grid. Therefore, a regenerative electric heating optimal configuration method for improving the carrying capacity of distribution network is proposed. Firstly, the regenerative electric heating model is established and the thermal comfort elasticity is analyzed in relation to the regenerative electric heating capacity. Secondly, a multi-objective optimal configuration model for regenerative electric heating is established with the objectives of maximum carrying capacity of the distribution network and minimum annualized cost of the system, combined with constraints such as thermal comfort elasticity constraints and equipment operation constraints. Finally, an arithmetic simulation based on a heating project in a region in northern China verifies that the proposed scheme can improve the regenerative electric heating carrying capacity of the distribution network under the premise of ensuring the economic benefits of the distribution network and the comfort of users.
