Construction Method of Power Grid Dispatching Operation Index System Considering Distributed New Energy
The increasing penetration of distributed new energy brings subversive challenges to the operation and control of power system. It is of great significance to construct the operation index system of power grid considering distributed new energy to guide the safe and stable operation of large power grid. Firstly, the influence of distributed new energy output fluctuation on the active power balance of power grid, the partition power balance and reactive power exchange between main and distribution network is analyzed. Then, considering the displacement of conventional units and the weak immunity of new energy units, the instability mechanism of transient voltage and frequency after the permeability increase of distributed new energy is revealed. On this basis, a risk assessment index system covering balance risk, security and stability risk, steady-state regulation ability and stability control ability is established. The risk control level of various regulatory resources in multiple time scales is described by risk control ability index. The operation mode probability is incorporated into the risk index evaluation model. The deterministic control strategies are provided for dispatching operation through probabilistic discrete scenarios. Finally, the effectiveness of the operation index system and evaluation method is verified by the standard test system and actual power grid system.
