Research on the Scheduling Model Adapted to the Multi Operating Conditions and Wide Power Operation Regulation Characteristics of Coal Power
With the progress of the "three reforms" of coal-fired power plants, the regulation characteristics of the units have undergone significant changes, especially when facing the deep peak shaving, ramp up, and frequency regulation needs of the new power system, it is necessary to modify and adjust the unit combination model with refined objectives. This article deeply analyzes the regulation characteristics and cost impact of the flexibility transformation of coal-fired power plants, constructs a power grid scheduling model for the transformed coal-fired power units, and proposes a day ahead unit combination model that adapts to the multi working condition and wide power regulation characteristics of coal-fired power units, fully exploring and leveraging the systematic regulation role of coal-fired power plants in the energy transformation process.
