Demand-side Flexible Resource Intelligent Dispatch Strategy Embedded with Domain Knowledge
Demand-side flexible resource dispatching is an indispensable part of improving the balance regulation ability of new power systems. However, due to the unclear understanding of the mechanism of flexible resources, power dispatchers still face the problem of fast optimal decision caused by the high dimensional random response of massive objects. Therefore, this paper introduces the dispatch domain knowledge into the modeling and decision-making process of flexible resources, establishes a data-driven model of flexible resource decision-making behavior based on knowledge such as the historical response confidence of resources, and proposes an optimal grid scheduling strategy that takes into account multiple flexible resource groups after embedding the domain knowledge. From the two dimensions of flexible resource cognition enhancement and decision enhancement, the flexible resource intelligent dispatching decision based on domain knowledge fusion is realized. A numerical example of IEEE39 system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
