Study on the Assessment of the Co-Regulation Capability of Industrial Loads with Multi-Granularity
Realizing flexibility in resource regulation within high power consumption industries is a critical approach to achieving grid demand response. However, due to the varying production inertia and process requirements of equipment involved in high power consumption production processes, conventional flexibility evaluation methods often struggle to achieve multi-equipment coupling regulation. In response to this challenge, this paper uses a steel plant as a case study to construct a production model and a multi-granularity coupled flexibility assessment model, incorporating two types of equipment: steel rolling and a self-provisioned power plant. The operational data from an actual steel plant is analyzed through simulation to demonstrate the feasibility of the coupled model in practical applications.
