Deep Learning-Enabled Green Energy Recycling System: An Example of Fine Disassembly and Regeneration of Automotive Lithium Batteries
Energy Internet and system integration promote the development of green energy, but the battery recycling problem is becoming increasingly serious, especially the proliferation of used lithium batteries for electric vehicles. The traditional crushing method of recycling has problems such as low purity, limited economic value and environmental pollution. Fine disassembly, as an emerging technology, enhances the efficiency and value of resource recovery through flexible deconstruction and graded fine disassembly of pole pieces. In the face of complex working conditions, the combination of deep learning and machine vision detection technology provides intelligent and stable solutions for battery core pack dismantling, ensures the safety and efficiency of the dismantling process, promotes the upgrading of the green energy recycling system, and realizes the efficient recycling of resources and sustainable development of the environment.
