Multi-time scale scheduling optimization of port integrated energy system
A multi-time scale optimization scheduling strategy for a multi-region integrated energy system in a port is proposed, aiming to improve energy efficiency and the economy of system operation. The strategy includes two stages: day-ahead planning and intraday rolling scheduling, to coordinate adjustable resources with different adjustment rates and reduce the impact of forecast errors and system disturbances. Day-ahead scheduling aims to minimize the total operating cost and make plans for the next 24 hours, whereas intraday scheduling is updated every 5 minutes to adapt to the randomness of renewable energy generation. Simulation analysis shows that the strategy can reduce operating costs by about 4.07%, increase the proportion of renewable energy such as wind and solar energy, and promote their effective utilization.
