Cost Allocation Method Of Auxiliary Service Considering Environmental Value Of Green Energy Transactions
In recent years, with the continuous advancement of green energy transformation and the accelerated development of the green power consumption market, how green electricity transactions can be integrated into the traditional electricity market has become a research hotspot. This paper establishes a market clearing model for electricity that considers green electricity transactions and calculates the indirect carbon emissions between nodes using a carbon flow tracking method. The environmental value of green electricity transaction is represented by the carbon emission reduction coefficient. Additionally, a cost allocation method for ancillary services that takes into account the carbon emission reduction coefficient is proposed. The results of the case analysis indicate that green electricity transactions can effectively reduce the indirect carbon emissions of load nodes, demonstrating significant environmental benefits. The proposed cost allocation method for ancillary services, which considers the carbon emission reduction coefficient, can effectively alleviate the pressure on green electricity units in sharing ancillary service costs, thereby promoting the consumption of green electricity and the development of renewable energy.
