Research on the Design of an Artificial Intelligence-Based Cybersecurity Automatic Early Warning System
With the advent of the information age, cybersecurity issues have become increasingly severe. Traditional cybersecurity defense measures are no longer effective in addressing complex and dynamic security threats, making an artificial intelligence (AI)-based cybersecurity automatic early warning system a promising new research direction. This paper proposes the design and implementation of a cybersecurity automatic early warning system based on AI algorithms. The system collects network traffic data, analyzes potential security threats, and uses machine learning and deep learning algorithms to intelligently recognize and classify data, thereby detecting cyber attacks in real-time and issuing early warnings. This paper first reviews the current cybersecurity early warning technologies and, based on this, analyzes the applications of AI algorithms in cybersecurity. Subsequently, the functional requirements for a cybersecurity early warning system are discussed, followed by the design of system architecture and core algorithms. The proposed system's effectiveness and feasibility are validated through experiments and tests. Experimental results demonstrate that this system can accurately identify and issue warnings for various types of cyber attacks within a short timeframe, offering a high level of real-time performance and accuracy, thus providing effective technical support for cybersecurity.
