Research on the Construction and Evolution Characteristics of Typhoon Disaster Chain in Distribution Network

In disaster science, the study of disaster chains is crucial for understanding the propagation characteristics of disasters, improving system resilience, and reducing disaster-related losses. However, existing research has not given sufficient attention to the dynamic evolution characteristics of disaster chains within distribution systems, which limits the broader application of disaster chain analysis in distribution systems. In this paper, the disaster chain is constructed from the disaster mechanism of typhoon disaster. And the spatio-temporal characteristics of typhoon are established through the joint distribution of wind speed and rainfall. Finally, the evolution trend of typhoon disaster chain is described by dynamic Bayesian networks, which provides a foundation for applying disaster chain analysis to enhance the resilience of distribution systems.
