Integrated Planning and Operation Optimization of Distributed Integrated Energy Systems Synergizing the Multiple Distributed Power Sources and Energy Storage
Along with the rapid development of renewable energy, the application of distributed power sources in the distribution network is becoming increasingly popular, and the equipping of energy storage systems is indispensable. This paper proposes a collaborative planning methodology aimed at accomplishing the holistic planning of distributed power sources and energy storage in order to improve the economy and reliability of distribution network operation. An economical and reliable planning scheme is developed by constructing a holistic optimization model that takes into account a variety of factors, including load fluctuations, renewable energy output characteristics, voltage smoothness and economics of the distribution network. The results of the study show that the voltage stability is improved by 9.6% and the total planning and operating cost is reduced by 2.9% after adding the energy storage system for collaborative planning, which has better safety, reliability, and economy. Finally, the validation based on actual cases proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the planning method, and the research results of this thesis provide theoretical guidance for the intelligent development of distribution networks and further promote the reform of energy structure.
