Bus Voltage Control in DC Microgrids Based on Hybrid Energy Storage Systems
This paper proposes an improved droop control based on the state of charge (SOC) power exponent for a hybrid energy storage system (HESS). This method addresses poor current balance and voltage deviations. A photovoltaic-storage DC microgrid simulation model is constructed on the MATLAB/Simulink platform to evaluate the voltage stability of the DC microgrid. The simulation results demonstrate the superior performance of the improved SOC power exponent droop control method.
