User Satisfaction-Focused Scheduling Strategies for Virtual Power Plants

In this paper, we study the optimal scheduling of cogeneration virtual power plants taking into account customer satisfaction, aiming to improve the system operation efficiency, meet customer demand, reduce energy consumption, and promote the optimization of energy structure and sustainable development. The study includes the establishment of a customer satisfaction model, the introduction of a carbon emission trading mechanism, and the construction of an optimal scheduling model for a CHP virtual power plant, and the effectiveness of the methodology is verified through case analysis. The results show that the simultaneous consideration of customer satisfaction and carbon trading mechanism can effectively improve the economic efficiency of virtual power plants and reduce carbon emissions, the carbon emission allocation quota has an important impact on the operating cost, and there is a complex non-linear relationship between customer satisfaction and carbon trading price.
