Load Resource Investigation and Model Construction Methods for Typical Industries

This paper studies the process overview, main process composition and internal process composition of enterprises in key industries, covers the mainstream subdivision processes within the industry, finds out the process equipment adjustment, start-stop characteristics and maintenance cycle, etc., and analyses the production and load regulation characteristics of the industry. Relying on the results of load resource investigation, the typical commonalities of the industry are extracted, the mechanism model of key industries is established, and the adjustable capacity evaluation method under complex adjustment methods such as multi-process joint adjustment is studied, so as to support the development of guided load investigation tools. Establish load resource data verification standards, study industry and historical data verification methods, explore hierarchical and classified load resource check data verification strategies, continue to improve the load management data check rule base, support the development and launch of automatic data verification tools, study data governance strategies and closed-loop management processes, and ensure the normalisation of load check data quality management.
