A Methodology for Analyzing the Autonomy Capacity of Distribution Network Stations Considering the Synergy of Distributed Controllable Resources
The planning and scheduling of distribution network including micro-grid in the station area is mostly optimized with the optimal economic cost of micro-grid or distribution-micro-grid. It is difficult to cope with the investment and operation of various types of power sources within the micro-grid in the future for the difficulty of construction and operation cost assessment. In this paper, from the analysis of the micro-grid's overall external support regulating capacity, we focus on the study of micro-grids for the upper management institutions of the external characteristics of the upper and lower boundaries, in order to better carry out the whole region's coordinated scheduling optimization and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. To this end, the external characteristics of micro-grids under different conditions of distributed power installation penetration are analyzed with the optimization objectives of maximizing the external regulating capability of micro-grids and minimizing the difference in operating reserve ratio at each moment, and the essential characteristics of the external regulating capability of micro-grids are analyzed.
