Research on the Optimization Strategy of Time-of-Use Tariff for Electricity Sales Considering the Two-Side Linkage Mechanism of Supply and Demand
With the increasing proportion of new energy, the time slot division is affected by the uncertainty of new energy generation output, and optimizing the time slot division to form a reasonable tariff strategy becomes a key task to ensure the safe and stable operation of the new power system. To this end, this paper investigates the time-sharing tariff strategy for selling electricity under the two-side linkage mechanism of supply and demand. It constructs a tariff optimization model to minimize the peak-to-valley difference by dividing the net load curve into time slots through the K-Medoids clustering and partitioning method. The example results show that the proposed model significantly improves the load factor, reduces the peak-to-valley difference, and results in a reduction of electricity costs for large industrial users.
