An Optimal Operation Control Method Considering Multiple Operating States Of New Power Systems

To realize the absorption of distribution generators and electric vehicles, the traditional power system needs to be transformed into a new power system with flexible regulation and control capabilities. AC/DC hybrid power grid (ADHPG) based on flexible DC technology will be an important part of the new power system in the future. In this paper, the optimal operation strategy is proposed for the three operating states of ADHPG, and build different optimization models for various operational scenarios . The numerical results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively enhance the operational efficiency of the new power system.

Abstract

To realize the absorption of distribution generators and electric vehicles, the traditional power system needs to be transformed into a new power system with flexible regulation and control capabilities. AC/DC hybrid power grid (ADHPG) based on flexible DC technology will be an important part of the new power system in the future. In this paper, the optimal operation strategy is proposed for the three operating states of ADHPG, and build different optimization models for various operational scenarios . The numerical results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively enhance the operational efficiency of the new power system.
