Decentralized Low-carbon Economic Dispatching Model for Distribution Networks Considering Source-grid-load-storage Coordination
Coordinated operation of source-grid-load-storage (SGLS) is crucial for improving the operational performance of the active distribution network (ADN). Concurrently, with the expansion of interconnection networks, the traditional centralized optimization method faces challenges. This paper thus proposes a novel decentralized coordinated low-carbon economic dispatching strategy for soft open point (SOP)-based multiregional ADNs by local model decoupling. By using the analytical target cascading (ATC) method, the original centralized optimization model is divided into several subproblems, in which the local problems of SOP and ADNs are solved in the upper-level and lower-level of hierarchy, respectively. With after, to improve the computational efficiency, a diagonal quadratic approximation is introduced to ATC, i.e., DATC, enabling all local problems are solved in a fully parallel manner. Then, a better initial value of DATC is obtained to conduct the procedure with hot start mode. Such improvements significantly accelerate the iterative process of decentralized model. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated using a modified IEEE 123-bus interconnection system.
