Application and Prospect of Machine Learning in Coupling Electricity-Carbon Market under the Energy Internet
In the context of global climate change, the energy Internet provides an important way to realize a decarbonized and intelligent energy system by integrating and optimizing the electricity, carbon emission and renewable energy certificate markets. Electricity-carbon market coupling, as an important part of the Energy Internet, can effectively promote the green transition of energy. However, electricity-carbon market coupling faces many challenges such as market dynamics, uncertainty and data privacy. Machine learning, as an advanced data analysis and prediction tool, has been widely used in electricity-carbon market coupling, providing support for prediction, optimization and management. This paper summarizes the current status of the application of machine learning in electric-carbon market coupling and discusses its future development trend, with a view to providing a reference for research and practice in this field.
