Ontology-Based Construction of Fault Knowledge Base for Energy-Consuming Equipment
Blast furnace is a kind of high energy consuming equipment, which is difficult to use because of frequent equipment failures and scattered knowledge in operation. In order to cope with these challenges, the concept of ontology is introduced into the field of blast furnace equipment fault, and the ontology knowledge base of blast furnace equipment fault field is constructed by using the seven-step method, and the specific process of each step is described in detail. Based on ontology modeling tool protege, the fault knowledge of blast furnace equipment is modeled and managed in a systematic and structured way, and information sharing and reuse are realized by analyzing the knowledge of blast furnace fault domain. It is proved that the ontology based knowledge base can automatically mine hidden knowledge and semantic reasoning, and the ontology can guide factory operation and improve the fault handling ability of blast furnace.
