On the Routing Problem of Power Supply Vehicles
The reasonable adjustment of power supply vehicles (PSVs) has a considerable effect on the operational range and efficiency of electric drive equipment in field operations or post-disaster rescue scenarios. It has therefore been proposed that the routing problem of PSVs (PSVRP) be regarded as a novel optimisation problem. This problem can be expressed as a mathematical model comprising two cascaded stages. The first stage involves the assignment of task sets to each PSV, while the second stage pertains to the assignment of task sequences to each PSV. Subsequently, a genetic algorithm based on individual crossover (ICGA) was put forth as a potential solution to PSVRP. A case study comprising 100 task nodes was subsequently devised for the purpose of analysing the performance of ICGA. The results demonstrate that, in comparison with the two algorithms that are currently employed to address vehicle routing problems, ICGA is capable of enhancing performance by 60.9% and 70.79%, respectively.
